My first ridealong, in a garbage truck driven by Logan, in Prudhoe Bay. Marty, who welcomed me to PBay seconds aftter arriving at the entrance, is now bidding me farewell from Deadhorse (aka Prudhoe Bay). Me, the sign, and a smile :)

It's a long way to Coldfoot and farther yet after that. The weather sucked, too. A look back at the airport, as one plane takes off in flight. Toolik Field Station's incinerator.
